摘要 目前中颅底内外沟通性肿瘤的治疗越来越受到人们的重视,这类肿瘤可来源于颅内的脑膜瘤、神经鞘瘤、脊索瘤等,颅外的腮腺肿瘤、鼻咽部的鳞状细胞癌、腺癌、副鼻窦肿瘤、颈静脉球瘤等.肿瘤通过颅底的孔隙或直接破坏骨质使中颅窝、颞下窝、咽旁间隙等处同时存在肿瘤组织.这是一类特殊的颅底肿瘤,简单的颅内或颅外手术入路,由于视野不良,暴露效果不好,脑组织的过分牵拉,使得手术效果欠佳,致残率和死亡率很高.随着颅底外科的发展,颅底显微外科研究的深入,该类肿瘤的治疗效果明显改观,降低了死亡率,提高了患者术后生存质量.
