摘要
目的 :股骨头缺血性坏死的病因及发病机制不明。本研究旨在探讨因非创伤所致股骨头缺血性坏死骨髓活性有无异常 ,揭示骨坏死发生机理。方法 :对 1999年 9月~ 2 0 0 0年 4月间骨坏死病人骨髓成纤维样细胞集落形成单位 (FCFUs)进行培养 ,观察其生长特点及集落数目 ,观察骨坏死病人与对照组之间有无差异。结果 :骨坏死组骨髓成纤维样细胞集落形成单位的贴壁生长增殖速度慢于对照组 ,FCFUs形成集落数目与对照组相比存在明显差异。结论 :非创伤性股骨头缺血性坏死存在骨髓活性下降 。
Objective: The etiology and pathogenesis of ANFH is not well known,it is a challenging dilemma for orthopedic surgeon.The aim of this study is to ascertain whether the patients of ANFH exist abnormal bone marrow activity,to discover the pathogenesis of ANFH.Methods:Using fibroblast colony forming units (FCFUs) in bone marrow as the indicator of bone marrow activity,culturing FCFUs in patients from Sep.1999 to Apr.2000,Observing the characterization of FCFUs,comparing and analyzing the number of FCFUs to ascertain whether there is difference between the disorder group and control group.Results:The outcome shows that the activity of FCFUs is weaker and the number of FCFUs is smaller in disorder group than that in control group individually,there is significant difference between the case group and control group.Conclusion:The results suggest that activity of bone marrow and the ability of bone marrow ossification are weaker in patients of ANFH,perhaps it is a new pathogenesis of ANFH.
