加味补肾壮筋汤治疗原发性骨质疏松症临床观察

Clinical observation of Jiawei bushen zhuangjintang on the treatment of primary osteoporosis

目的 评价加味补肾壮筋汤治疗原发性骨质疏松症的确切疗效。方法 将 90例原发性骨质疏松症患者随机分为两组 ,分别应用加味补肾壮筋汤和活性钙冲剂治疗 ,测定治疗前后腰椎骨密度 ,观察临床症状和体征改善情况。结果 加味补肾壮筋汤治疗组骨密度定量测定有明显提高 ,疼痛症状改善明显 ,疗效明显优于活性钙冲剂治疗组。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Jiawei Bushen Zhuang Jintang (JWBST) on the treatment of primary osteoporosis Methods 90 patients with primary osteoporosis were divided into 2 groups randomly.JWBST or Activated Calcium Soluble Medicine (ACSM) were administrated in the 2 groups.Bone densities of lumbar vertebrae were detected,clinical symptoms and signs were also observed.Results JWBST can obviously increase bone density,alleviate symptoms of pain.The effect of JWBST is better than that seen in the ACSM group.Conclusion JWBST was an effective medicine for primary
