摘要
目的 :研究黄芪预处理对大鼠心肌再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 :实验采用体重 2 0 0~ 2 5 0gSD雄性大鼠 2 6只随机分成 3组 :正常对照组 (N组 ,n =8) ,缺血再灌组 (I组 ,n =10 ) ,黄芪预处理组 (A组 ,n =8)。观察黄芪对再灌注心肌的张力、心肌细胞单向动作电位 (MAP)幅度、心率、心律失常的发生以及超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活力和丙二醛 (MDA)含量等指标的影响。结果 :A组与N组比较 ,心肌张力、心率明显降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,MAP幅度无明显改变 ;与I组比较 ,心律失常发生率和MDA含量明显降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,SOD活力明显升高 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :黄芪预处理对大鼠心肌再灌注损伤有保护作用。其机制可能与预处理本身降低氧耗量。
Objective:To study the protective effects of astragalus pretreatment on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats.Method:26 male SD rats,weighing 200-250 g,were randomly divided into 3 groups:Normal control group (group N,n=8),Ischemia reperfussion group (group I,n=10),Astragalus ischemic group (group A,n=8).The myocardial tension and monophasic action potential were examined.The occurance of arrhythmia,the action of superoxide dismutase (SOD)and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA)were measured.Results:Compared with group N,group A could reduce the myocardial tension and HR (P<0 05),stabilize monophasic action potential.And the rate of abnormal rehthm of the heart and the content of malondialehyde(MDA)were decreased(P<0 05),while the action of supreoxide dismutase(SOD)were enhanced compared with group I.Conclusion:It is believed that pretreatment by astragalus can protect rat heart from myocardial ischemic reperfusion injury.The mechanism for the protective effect may be relate be to reduced consumption of oxygen,anti-free radical and anti-lipid peroxidation.
