骨巨细胞瘤手术治疗方法探讨

THE EXPLORATION OF OPERATIVE MOTHODS FOR GIANT CELL TUMOR OF BONE

目的 :对骨巨细胞瘤的各种手术方式进行探讨。方法 :采用 8种不同的手术方式对骨巨细胞瘤进行治疗。结果 :刮除植骨术术后复发率为 3 3 % ,刮除、骨水泥充填复发率为 2 5 % ,而病骨段截除人工关节置换及游离腓骨移植病例无复发。结论 :完整病骨段截除人工关节或游离骨移植复发率较传统刮除、植骨术为低 。

Objective:To compare different operative methods for treatment of giant cell tumor of bone.Method:8 operative methods were used for treating giant cell tumor of bone.Rethod:There was 33% recurrence rate in bone curettage and grafting and 25% recurrence rate in bone curettage and filling.There was no recurrence in diseased bone resection plus artificial joint displacement and free fibular transplantation.Conclusion:The recurrence rate is lower by completely diseased bone resection plus artificial joint displacement or free fibular transplantation than by traditional methods of bone curettage and grafting.The malignance of tumor is obviously related to recurrence rate.
