摘要
目的:分析松果菊挥发油的化学成分。方法:用GC-MS进行定性和定量分析。结果:从松果菊根挥发油中共分离出了24个成分,鉴定出了16个化合物。主要成分为烯类(3.21%)、烷类(30.1%)、酸类(3.27%),其中甲基十六烷含量最高为28.15%。9,12 - 十八碳二烯酸单甘油酯、9,12,15 - 十八碳三烯酸单甘油酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为首次在该属植物中鉴定出。结论:为松果菊挥发油成分的系统分析提供了资料,特别是为我国松果菊质量研究及开发应用提供了参考资料。
Objective:To study on the chemical oil from Echinalea purpurea. Methods: GC-MS method was used. Results:Twenty-four compounds were obtained, sixteen of them were identified as alkene(3.21%), acid(3.27%). Main Constituents is Methyhexadecanic acid 28.15%. 9,12-octadecadienoic acid, ethyl ester;9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid 2,3-dihydroxypropyl;Dibutyl phthalate were identified from Echinacea Moench for the frist time. Conclusion:The results of this research provide materials for systematic analysis of chemical constituents in essential oil from Echinacea purpurea, especially for the research quality of Echinacea purpurea development and application in our country.
