摘要
以三乙胺为模板剂,在HF参与下,采用水热晶化法合成了纯相的含铁的SAPO-5(FAPSO-5)分子筛.用EPMA,EPR,XPS和Mossbauer等技术对其结构进行了研究.XPS和Mossbauer等实验表明,分子筛中Fe以Fe(Ⅲ)和Fe(Ⅱ)两种价态共存.Fe在FAPSO-5分子筛中以多种状态存在:大部分Fe以FeO_4四面体形式参与了分子筛骨架的构成;部分Fe可能以氧化物或氢氧化物形式存在于分子筛空腔内;少部分Fe可能成为平衡分子筛骨架负电荷的阳离子.FAPSO-5分了筛具有良好的热稳定性和表面酸性.利用乙苯的裂解和脱氢反应考查了FAPSO-5分子筛的催化性能,表明它既有SAPO-5的裂解活性,又具有FAPO-5的脱氢活性.
Iron silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieve number 5 (FAPSO-5) was hydrothermally crystallized in the presence of hydrogen fluoride and triethylamine as a template. Investigation on the structure was performed by means of EPMA, EPR, XPS and Mossbauer techniques. The Mossbauer and XPS study proves that Fe(Ⅲ) and Fe(Ⅱ) coexist in the FAPSO-5 crystals. The FAPSO-5 has good thermal stability, acidity and catalytic activities in both ethylbenzene crack ing and dchydrogenation.
