玉屏风颗粒、转移因子口服液合用治疗反复呼吸道感染

Treatment of repeated respiratory infection Yupingfeng particle and Transfer Factor oral solution in Children

目的 探讨玉屏风颗粒、转移因子口服液对反复呼吸道感染的疗效 ,并观察治疗前、后免疫指标变化。方法 将 5 2例反复呼吸道感染 (RRTI)患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组 ,治疗组 2 7例给予常规治疗加口服玉屏风颗粒、转移因子口服液 ;对照组 2 5例常规治疗即应用抗生素或抗病毒药物及对症治疗 ,观察两组疗效 ;用单向免疫扩散法测定血清 Ig A、Ig G、Ig M、C3和 C4含量。结果 治疗组总有效率为 70 .3 7% ,与对照组 3 6 %比较差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;治疗组治疗前、后 Ig G、C3和 C4含量变化 ,无统计学意义。结论 玉屏风颗粒、转移因子口服液对反复呼吸道感染有较好的治疗效果 。

Objective To observe the effect of Treatment by Yuping feng Keli and Transfer Factor oral solution in children with repeated respiratory tract infection(RRTI) Methods 52 children with RRTI were randomly assigned to 1 of 2 groups(therapy group or control group).The effect of treatment were assessed according to system?state of illness.Serum IgG?IgA?IgM?C 3 and C 4 were measured Results Total effective rate of therapy group(70 37%)was significantly higher than that of control(36%)(P<0 01).The difference of serum IgG?C 3 and C 4 between therapy group and control group was not significant statistically Conclusions Yupingfeng Keli and Transfer Factor oral solution produce effective results,and can treat children with RRTI
