摘要
目的 :观察湿润暴露疗法 (MEBT)下 ,应用湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)结合手术耕耘治疗小面积深度烧伤的临床效果。方法 :1 2 4例病人应用烧伤湿性医疗技术 (MEBT/MEBO)结合手术耕耘方法处理深度烧伤创面。结果 :1 2 4例病人中 ,1 1 5例创面一期愈合 ,另 9例据情辅以手术植皮治疗愈合。结论
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of MEBT/MEBO combined with operation in treating deep burn. Method: MEBT/MEBO combined with operation was used for treating 124 cases of deep burn. Results: 115 cases healed by 1st intention and 9 cases were cured after skin transplantation. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO combined with operation is effective in treating deep burn.
