MEBO在泪道探通术中的应用体会

The Application of MEBO Post Probing of Lacrimal Passage

目的 :观察湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)对泪道探通术后的治疗效果。方法 :2 1例患者常规泪道探通术后 ,将MEBO注入泪道 ,连续临床观察。结果 :2 1例患者分别于探通后第 2日、第 4日、第 7日、第 1 5日复诊冲洗泪道 ,无 1例发生粘连、再阻塞及继发感染 ,之后每月冲洗 1次 ,随诊半年 ,泪道通畅。结论 :MEBO可促使泪道阻塞部粘膜创面愈合 。

Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO used post probing of lacrimal passage. Method: 21 patients were subjected to probing of lacrimal passage, then MEBO was injected into the lacrimal passage. Results: The patients were reexamined on day 2, 4 7, and 15 after probing of lacrimal passage, none of the 21 cases had adhesion, obstruction and secondary infection. The patients had their lacrimal passage washed once every month for 6 months and the passage was thereafter unobstructed. Conclusion: MEBO can promote healing of the wounds in lacrimal passage mucous membrane, and can prevent adhesion and infection.
