摘要
该文对在课堂教学上进行病例讨论 ,通过问卷式征求学生的意见 ,对以下问题持同意肯定意见的占了绝大多数 :(1)病例讨论在课堂教学上是需要的占99 0 % ;(2)病例讨论可学到老师思维分析方法占78 8% ;(3)病例讨论使学生对疾病有形象 (感性认识 )占96 9% ;(4)病例讨论使学生掌握这个病有帮助占97 5% ;(5)病例讨论可以提高学生临床思维分析能力占93 6% ;(6)病例讨论可以帮助学生掌握教学内容占97 5%。同时学生参加讨论 ,活跃课堂气氛 。
We gather students' opinions on cases discussion in class teaching through questionnaires.Most students hold positive assessments to the following questions: Supporting cases discussion is 99%,78.8% having learned the mode of teacher's thinking from class,96.9% having perceptual knowledges.97.5% think discussion helps grasp the disease.It is about 93.6% that can improve clinic thinking analyzing ability and about 97.5% that help mastering teaching content.At the same time,it can make class active and raise studying interests or activity.
