摘要
本文通过对Ｍａｎｎｉｃｈ反应中间体的探讨，得出了Ｍａｎｎｉｃｈ反应是经过Ｎ－羟甲基胺中间体，而不是经过甲醇基化合物中问体的结论。
In this paper we approach the intermediate of Mannich reaction, which show the result that the mannich reaction proceeds by N-hydroxy-methylamine intermediate but not methanolconpound intermediate.
