摘要
内河航标是船舶在内河安全航行的重要助航设施。国家标准GB5 86 3- 93《内河助航标志》 ,该标准附录A“内河航标灯质”中的代用灯质 ,在实际执行过程中存在着操作上的问题。
Inland river navigation marks are important navigation aid facilities for safe navigation of vessels in inland rivers. Operational problems existed during practical execution of substitute light characteristics involved in Appendix A -Light Characteristics of Inland River Navigation Marks of the state standard GB5863 93 'Inland River Navigation Marks'. Some views on these problems are presented.
