The establishment of the dynamic digital graphic library of the Changjiang River's waterway, which is the effective carrier of various kinds of relative attributes of waterway management information, will give birth to the information management system of the Changjiang River and become the decision-making support for obtaining, storaging, editing, processing, analyzing and displaying the dynamic data for waterway management.
