摘要
提出了预算约束的离散交通网络设计的数学规划模型 ,探讨了它的隐枚举算法 ;然后 ,在忽视 BRAESS诡异的前提下 ,改进了这个算法 。
In this paper,the mathematical programming model of the discrete problem with budget constraint is proposed,the hidden enumerative algorithm is researched.Ignoring the BRAESS paradox,the algorithm is improved to save computer time.
