摘要
笔者通过多次参加国家有关部门组织的城市轨道交通项目的评估论证,对轨道交通投资估算进行了分析与研究,并提出了规范轨道交通投资估算的编制框架及建议。
Through taking part several times in the evaluation and demonstration meetings of urban rail transit projects organized by the related government departments, the author makes in this paper an analysis and study on the rough estimate of investment into rail transit projects and presents a frame and proposal for standardizing the rough estimate making of rail transit investment.
