摘要
结合上海市开展智能交通系统（ITS）研究的过程和现状,提出了一个对数据进行采集、加工、存储、响应的框架体系。上海公共交通信息平台的建设可以在现有设备基础上,统一规划、分步建设,逐步完善。
On the base of researches on ITS in Shanghai, this paper presents a system frame to finish data collecting, processing, saving and responding. The author also holds that, on the base of existed equipments and uniformed programming, the imformation plat of Shanghai can be built up and completed gradually.
