淫羊藿提取液对庆大霉素急性肾损伤的影响

Effects of extraction of Herba Epimedii on acute renal injury induced by gentamicin in rats

目的 :观察淫羊藿提取液对庆大霉素致大鼠急性肾毒性的作用。方法 :测定大鼠血肌酐、尿素氮的浓度及肾皮质脂质过氧化终产物丙二醛和谷胱甘肽的含量 ,分析淫羊藿提取液对大鼠肾损伤的有效作用。结果 :淫羊藿提取液可降低血肌酐和尿素氮水平的升高 ,抑制肾皮质脂质过氧化物的产生及减轻谷胱甘肽的耗竭。结论 :淫羊藿提取液对庆大霉素所致肾损伤具保护作用 。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of extraction of Herba Epimedii on acute renal toxicity induced by gentamicin in rats.METHODS Evaluated the protective action of extraction of Herba Epimedii on renal injury by determination in concentration of serum BUN, Scr and content of lipid peroxide malondialdehyde(MDA) and glutathione(GSH).RESULTS Extraction of Herba Epimedii reduced elevation of serum concentration of BUN, Scr and renal cortex MDA content induced by gentamicin, and depletion of GSH was also alleviated.CONCLUSIONS Extraction of Herba Epimedii can protect renal injury induced by gentamicin. The mechanism is associated with inhibitory lipid peroxidation.
