摘要
目的 :建立测定氯霉素滴眼液含量的方法。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,以C18为固定相 ,以甲醇 水 (1∶1)为流动相 ,检测波长 2 78nm。结果 :氯霉素在 5 0~ 15 0 μg·ml-1浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系 ,平均回收率为 99.9% ,与药典方法相比差异无显著性 (P =95 % )。结论 :本法简便 ,快速 ,准确 ,线性范围宽 。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determining of chloramphenicol eye drops.METHODS Reversed phase HPLC was used,using a C 18 column, a mixture of CH 3OH-H 2O (1:1,V/V, 1.0 ml·min -1 ) as mobile phase with UV detection at 278 nm.RESULTS The linear range was form 50~150 ug·ml -1 ,mean recovery was 99.9% ,There were no significant differences between ChP method and RP HPLC method.CONCLUSIONS The method is simple,rapid,accurate,wide of linear range and good for the determination of chloramphenicol.
