硒镉联合注射染毒法的方法学研究

Studies on Method of Administration with Selenium and Cadmium by Multiple Injection

目的 观察大鼠经腹腔注射硒、镉染毒 ,硒镉在腹腔内发生前置化学反应而改变染毒物化学性质及对机体作用。方法 利用不同染毒组中硒对镉毒性的不同拮抗效果 ,结合体外化学反应及体内腹腔混合的定性试验 ,确定毒物在腹腔中混合及反应的情况。结果 左右腹腔同时注射染毒液在大鼠腹腔中能够快速混合 ,并发生化学反应 ,形成亚硒酸镉沉淀 ,从而大大降低了机体对镉的吸收 ,硒对镉毒性显示出很好的假性拮抗效果。结论 在多种毒物联合染毒试验中 。

Objective To study the pre-chemical reaction between Se and Cd by multiple injection administration of Se and Cd in the abdominal cavity of rats.Methods To determine the situation of poisionous stuffmixing and reaction by using the prevention of Se to the toxicity of Cd in different administration groups,together with the experiment of external chemical raction of Se-Cd and internal mixing of I 2-starch within abdominal cavity.Results Se and Cd injected simultaneously in abdominal cavity from right and left site could be mixed very quickly and CdSeO 3 was formed by the chemical reaction.Due to the low solubility of CdSeO 3,Cd absorbed by rats was remarkably decreased and the pseudo-prevention effect was observed.Conclusion Avoiding the internal pre-chemical reation while two or more test agents are administrated by injection.
