摘要 目的 观察铅对生后发育期大鼠海马神经生长因子 (NGF)基因表达的影响。方法 仔鼠出生后 ,即给母鼠饲以 0 2 %醋酸铅 ,仔鼠通过母乳摄入铅。采用RT -PCR方法 ,半定量分析生后发育期铅接触仔鼠海马组织NGFmR NA含量的变化。结果 与对照组相比 ,铅染毒仔鼠血铅和海马组织铅含量明显升高 (P均 <0 0 0 1) ,而海马组织NGFmRNA含量却显著下降 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 铅染毒可使生后发育期仔鼠海马组织NGFmRNA表达量下降。 Objective To observe the effect of lead on the expressions of gene of NGF of hippocampi tissues of mature rats during the time of growth after birth.Methods To have the mother rat assimilate 0.2% of lead acetate after the birth of the young,the young rat assimilate lead through the milk.And adopt the method of RT-PCR to semi-quanititatively analyse the change of the content of NGF mRNA in the hippocampi tissues of the young rat after the contact with lead during time of growth after birth.Results Compared with the control group.The content of lead in the lead-polluted young rat the hippocampi tissue went up,while the content of NGF mRNA in the hippocampi tissue went down.Conclusion The pollution of lead may reduce the quantity of the show of NGF mRNA in the hippocampi tissues of young rat when they were in the time of growth after the birth.
