摘要
目的 探讨纳豆菌与O157∶H7、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门菌这 3种致病菌分别共同培养时细菌数的变化情况。方法 分别培养纳豆菌和 3种病菌并进行纯化。①选取培养纳豆菌与致病菌同时培养 ;②先培养纳豆菌 8h ,再加致病菌。分别观察抑制结果。结果 纳豆菌对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用较为明显 ;对O157∶H7也有一定的抑制作用 ;而沙门菌的抑制作用不明显。如果将纳豆菌先培养 6~ 8h ,再将O157∶H7、金黄色葡萄球接种进去共同培养 ,则抑菌作用更为明显。
Objective To study the change of bacteria number when Bacillus natto was cultured with O 157 ∶H7?Staphylococcus Aureus?Salmonella respectively.Methods To cultivate bacillus and three types of pathogenetic bacteria respectively and to purify meanwhile.①To select cultivated bacillus and to cultivate them with pathogenetic bacteria together;②To cultivate bacillus for 8 hr then add pathogenetic bacteria.To observe inhibital effects respectively.Results The effect of Bacillus natto on Staphylococcus Aureus was apparent.Bacillus natto had inhibital effect on O 157 ∶H7 on some degree,while it didn't have apparent effect on Salmonella.Conclusion After Bacillus natto was cultured for 6~8 hours,aureus O 157 ∶H7,Staphylococcus Aureus was aureused.The effect of inhibition was more apparent.
