摘要
目的 比较5μg和10μg两种剂量不同类型基因工程乙肝疫苗加强免疫效果。方法 采用放射免疫测定法(RIA)检测人群血清中HBsAg和抗-HBs。采用整群随机抽样法将出生时全程接种过血源乙肝疫苗的小学1年级学生分成3组分别接种5μg和10μg不同类型的基因工程乙肝疫苗。结果 加强免疫前人群血清抗体保护率都在70%以上。加强免疫后1个月,5μg剂量的两组血清抗体保护率分别上升到90%和98.31%,而10μg组血清抗体保护率上升到98.48%。两种剂量和类型的基因工程乙肝疫苗加强免疫后都未出现明显的异常反应,抗体应答良好。结论说明基因工程乙肝疫苗具有良好的免疫原性,可用于血清苗基础免疫后的加强接种。10μg剂量疫苗效果比5μg更好。应优先选用10μg剂量的基因工程乙肝疫苗来保护高危人群,提高人群保护率。
ve In order to study the immune effects of two doses and types of genetic engineering hepatitis B vaccines, using RIA to detect the antigen and antibody of hepatitis B in the serum. Methods Before reinforce immunization, the serum antibody protective rate of 195 first grade primary school pupils who received three doses basic immunization by blood vaccines are 70% . Results One month after reinforce immunization, the serum antibody protective rate of two groups which reinforce by different 5μg dose vaccinces are 90% and 98.31%, and the serum antibody protective rate of 10μg dose vaccine group up to 98. 48% . Two doses and types of genetic engineering hepatitis B vaccines all have no particular reaction after reinforce immunization. The immune effects are all good. Conclusion Two doses and types of genetic engineering hepatitis B vaccines all have excellent protective effect and can be used as reinforce immunization after blood vaccines basic immunization. The 10μg dose genetic engineering hepatitis B vaccine is better than 5μg genetic engineering hepatitis B vaccine. The 10μg dose vaccine to protect the risk population should first used.
