摘要
研究了活性净化剂组氨酸和甘露醇对超声波激活血卟啉杀伤人体黑色素瘤细胞LiBr的抑制作用 ,探讨了声动力学疗法抗肿瘤效应的机理 .实验结果表明 ,加组氨酸时 ,单纯超声对瘤细胞LiBr杀伤率部分被抑制 ,而超声加血卟啉抗肿瘤效应则几乎全被抑制 .甘露醇对超声和超声加血卟啉对细胞杀伤效应均无影响 。
The effect of both histidine and manitol on tumor LiBr cell_damaging rate of hematorophyrin irrated by ultrasound is studied in this paper. The results show that mechanism of sonodayamic cell damage with hematorophyrin is singled oxygen playing an important role, because the enhancement is inhibited by histidine, but is not by manitol.
