在中国古代帝王中,刘邦是很善于运用统御术者之一。其统御之术,归纳起来大体有神化术、封赏术、慢侮术、杀戮术四个方面。这些统御术为他夺取皇权和巩固皇权起了很重要的作用。

Liu Bang was one of the Chinese ancient emperors who were better at ruling techniques which played an important role in his seizing and consolidating the imperial power.The deification, conferment and reward, slow-insult and slaughter were four aspects of his ruling techniques.
