The USA is a multinational country, American Indian with the population of 1.4 million is one of its minority nationalities. They are the original inhabitants in America and made the great contribution for the America and the USA's development. However, all the previous governments of the USA have been taking the measures, such as racial genocide, segregation and national assimilation, to make them lose their civil rights and become the people in the lowest social rung. So the conclusion is the USA is such a country which has no human rights on talking about the American Indians.
