手感训练在篮球投篮技术教学中运用的实验研究

Experimental Research on Hand Perception Training in Teaching of Basketball Shooting Skills

对两组受试对象采用组间比较、对比实验 ,结果显示 :在普通高校篮球投篮技术教学中 ,运用手感训练 ,不但可以调动学生学习的积极性和主观能动性 ,加速技术动作的形成 ,而且可进一步提高投篮命中率。

By experimental method, the paper compares and contrasts two group of subjects, the result of which indicates that in teaching of basketball shooting skills in colleges and universities, the application of hand perception training aroused the students' enthusiasm for study and subjective motility, accelerated formation of technical action and further increased shot rate.
