地塞米松在静脉肾盂造影中的应用

The application of dexamethason in the iodine hypersensi- livity reaction

目的 :探讨地塞米松对注射碘造影剂所致不良反应的作用 .方法 :本资料分析 170例行静脉肾盂造影术 ,注造影剂前推注地塞米松与未推注地塞米松二组的患者表现 .结果 :推注地塞米松组 85例有 6例出现碘过敏反应 ;对照组有 15例出现碘过敏反应 .结论

Aim:To explore the effect of the dexamethason on the bad expression of injecting the iodine Contrast medium.Material and method:170 cases of operating the intrarenous phelography and the expression of two groups of injecting and not injecting the dexamethasona were analysed.Result:6 cases from 85 cases of injecting the dexamethason appear the indoine hypersensitivity reaction.Conclusion:The dexamethason can decrease or reduce the iodine hypersensitivity reaction in the intrarenous phelography.
