摘要
我国移植衡平法的实践根据是司法现实有此需要 ,理论根据是它不仅不破坏我国法制 。
The realistic reason we ought to introduce Equity Law System is: that we need it in the juridical practice.The theoretical reason is that it will not destroy our law system, but do it better.
