The structural change from latent language into dominant language is a comparatively new theory in rhetoric. From the rhetorical point of view, the structure of 'degree adverb+noun' is a phenomenon from latent language into dominant language. It is mainly embodied by the following aspects: (1) the dominant change of latent meaning. (2) the dominant change of latent function.(3) the dominant change of latent effect.
