辅舒良水溶性鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效观察

Flixonase aqueous nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

目的 观察辅舒良 (丙酸氟替卡松 )水溶性鼻喷雾剂对常年性和季节性变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法 按随机抽样的方法对 36例 10～ 6 0岁常年性和季节性变应性鼻炎患者使用辅舒良水溶性鼻喷雾剂治疗 ,于治疗前、治疗后 2、4周各项指标观察记分。结果 36例在治疗后 2、4周平均记分均明显降低 ,统计学分析差异均有显著性 (P均 <0 0 1) ;治疗 2周后总有效率高达 10 0 % ,无 1例发生明显的毒副反应。结论 辅舒良水溶性鼻喷雾剂使用方便 ,起效快 ,效果好 ,无明显毒副作用 。

Objective To assess the efficacy of flixonase (fluticasone propionate) aqueous nasal spray (a patent product of Glaxo Smithkline) in treatment of allergic rhinitis Methods Thirty six people of both sexes,aged 10～60years with allergic rhinitis were included in this study,who were randomly selected to be treated with flixonase for 3 weeks Investigators made a global evaluation with symptom scores before treatment and two and four weeks after treatment Results An improvement was shown in two weeks after treatment with statistical significance ( P <0 01) Conclusion Owing to its fast acting,effectiveness,good tolerance and convenience in use,flixonase is a better choice to allergic rhinitis
