超声引导下微波凝固治疗肝癌的临床应用

Clinical application of ultrasound-guided microwave coagulation on treatment of liver carcinoma

目的 探讨超声引导下微波凝固治疗肝癌的疗效及临床应用价值。方法 在超声引导下 ,根据肿瘤大小、血管分布 ,选择 40～ 80W不同功率微波 ,15 0～ 180 0s不等作用时间 ,对 33例患者 5 0个癌结节进行微波治疗。结果 治疗 1个月后观察 ,5 0个结节中 96 % ( 4 8/5 0 )结节CT增强扫描无明显强化 ,2 1例胎甲球蛋白升高患者中有 15例降至正常 ,95 % ( 4 2 /44 )病灶彩色多普勒显示血流消失。 4个月后 ,肿瘤消失 4例。结论 超声引导下微波凝固治疗肝癌方法简便 ,安全 ,治疗有效。

Objective To evaluate the effect and clinical value of ultrasonography-guided microwave coagulation on treatment of hepatic carcinoma.Methods Fifty nodes in 33 patients with liver cancer were treated with microwave coagulation under the ultrasound with 40～80 W emission for 150～1 800 s according to size of tumors and spread of vessels.Results After a month, 96% (48/50) nodes were not enhanced on contrast CT, the AFP level recovered to normal in 15 among 21 cases.The intratumoral blood flow disappeared in 95%(42/44) node. After four months, the tumors disappeared in 4 cases. Conclusions Ultrasonography-guided microwave coagulation on treatment of liver cancer is simple, safe and effective.
