糖尿病对缺血性脑梗塞患者运动功能康复远期预后的影响研究

The Influence of Diabetes Mellitus on Prognosis of Motion Function in Patients with Cerebral Anemic Infarction

目的:研究糖尿病血糖控制与否对合并缺血性脑梗塞患者运动功能康复远期的影响。方法:43例糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者24例血糖控制在正常范围,19例血糖始终未控制在正常范围内,均进行正确康复训练,以运动功能评分作为评定指标,进行对比分析。结果:2年后随访结束时,两组病人运动功能评分的提高有明显差异,P<0.05。结论:糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者血糖控制组较血糖未控制组运动功能提高更显著,长期预后好。

Objective:To research the influence of blood glucose in patients with diabetes complicated by cerebral anemic infarction on the recovery of motion function. Methods: 43 Patients with diabetes mellitus complicated by cerebral anemic infarction were divided into two groups.24 cases in groups l,the level of blood glucose was controlled in normal. 19cases in groups 2,the level of blood glucose was not controlled in normal constantly. All patients did accurate recovery exercises. Standards of evaluating were motion function score.Two groups were given comparative analysis.The follow study was two years.Results:Motion function scores were obviously different between two groups ( P < 0.05) . Conclusion: The motion function recovers more in blood glucose being controlled in normal than the other group. If blood glucose is controlled in normal there is better prognosis in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated by cerebral anemic infarction.
