Research on the Three Valves Test Platform of the Passenger Car After Speed-raising

通过现场调查分析,指出了我国铁路提速客车现有三阀试验台存在的问题,针对其不足提出了新的设计方案,为现场生产的规范化管理提出了可行的依据。

After local survey and investigation,the author pointed out the disadvantages of the three valve test platform for passenger vehicles after speed raising.The three valves are the empty and load brake equipment,a height adjust regulative,and a different pressure regulative.A new design scheme was put forward,which provides feasibility for standard management for the manufacture.At the same time the paper explained the basic constitute and relative working principle.
