The Relationship Between the Absorption and Metabolism of Zinc and MT Gene Expression

本文通过分析锌吸收、代谢与金属硫蛋白(MT)的关系,表明锌可以直接调控金属硫蛋白基因表达,而金属硫蛋白的生物合成诱导也将调节体内锌的吸收、代谢,维持体内锌的稳态,为从分子水平研究锌的营养提供参考。

This article explained the relationship between the absorption and metabolism of zinc and MT gene expression.It showed mineral ele ment-zinc can regulate MT gene expression directly and MT biosynthesis may mo dulate the absorption and metabolism of body zinc and keep the zinc homeostasis of intermal environment.It provided some suggestion to study zinc nutrition at the molecule level.
