摘要
转基因动物技术是在动物整体水平研究和表达目的的基因的生物技术,其基本特点是:分子及细胞水平操作,组织及整个水平表达,是常规分子生物学理论和技术的拓展和延伸。本文综述了转基因动物在营养中的应用及其在生产中所存在的主要问题。
The transgenic animal technology is used to research and expre ss target gene with the basic properties of operating at the level of molecule a nd cell,and expressing at the level of tissue and integration.This paper brief ly reviews the present of transgenic technolgy application in the field of ani mal nutrition,meanwhile discusses the existing problems of trangenic animals.
