By way of attracting traders and in tr oducing investment,the existing dairy products working enterprises will raise t heir ability and standard,and as a result the milk industry basis in Yaan will acquire an accelerative development.Establishing milk industry association and resolving the current problems,such as row-mass division and the imperfect ma nagement systems,etc.,will be able to raise the regularization of peasants' milk cow and milk sheep breeding.By setting up high-tech area of milk industr y,th e contribution rate of technology will be increased.Therefore,we should make good use of the unique advantages and good comditions of Yaan,catch hold of the new opportunities,and try ou r best to make a supernormal progress in or der to change Yaan into one of the strongest cities in milk industry in Sichuan .
