摘要
分析了薄壁方管在较小弯曲半径下进行180°弯曲时的工艺特点 ,介绍了方管弯曲模的结构、工作过程及注意事项。
The technological characteristics for bending the thin_wall square tube at small bending radius and by the angle of 180° were analyzed. The structure and working process of the die for bending the square tubes and the attention points for designing the die were stated.
