摘要
苦菜种子的适宜浸种时间为6 h(小时),适宜催芽温度为20～25℃.GA3、PEG处理均可明显促进苦菜种子发芽,方法是用浓度分别为200 mg@L-1和20%的溶液浸种6 h.
The experimental results indicated that the optimum soaking time for common sowthistle seeds was 6 h at 25℃, and the appropriate germination temperature was 20-25℃.Treatment with GA3 at 200 mg/L or PEG 6000 at 20% increased obviously germination percentage, germination vigor and germination index.
