摘要 目的 研究现场条件下液体推进剂及燃烧产物对大鼠机体的影响。方法 采用现场吸入染毒方式对动物进行染毒 ,染毒剂量为现场毒物挥发量与燃烧产物量。染毒三次、五次、七次后 ,分别检查WBC、Hb、RBC、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、丙氨酸转氨酶 (ALT)、碱性磷酸酶 (ALP)、尿素氮 (BUN)、肌酐 (Cr)等指标。结果 A组试车间、导流槽的WBC、Hb、AST明显高于对照组 ,而BUN、Cr明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。B组试车间、导流槽的BUN、Cr高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,其它指标差异无显著性。C组试车间ALT、ALP明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;导流槽的AST明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,Cr明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 动物在此条件下染毒 。 Objective In order to study the toxic effects of liquid push substance in animals. Methods Rats were divided into A,B and C groups according to inhaling exposure duration. And each group was subdivided into workplace exposed group, launder exposed group and control group. Results A group: the level of WBC, Hb, AST were significantly higher in both workplace exposed and launder exposed groups than that of control group, but the level of BUN, Cr decreased significantly. B group: the level of BUN, Cr increased significantly in both workplace exposed and launder exposed group. C group: the level of ALT, ALP decreased significantly in workplace exposed group. The level of AST increased significantly in launder exposed group. Conclusion Acute changes including biochemical indexes in rats were observed under certain experimental conditions.
