精神分裂症阴性症状与抑郁的相关性

A study of relationship between negative symptoms and depression in schizophrenia

目的 :探讨精神分裂症阴性症状与抑郁的关系。 方法 :对符合 CCMD- 2 - R诊断标准的精神分裂症 5 0例住院患者的症状 ,用阳性症状和阴性症状量表 (PANSS)进行评定 ,并对阴性症状和抑郁症状作多因素相关分析。 结果 :因子中 N7与 G6正相关 ,N1、N 3、N4、N6与抑郁总分负相关 ,N 5、N7减分与 G6减分正相关。 结论 :阴性症状部分因子与抑郁相关 。

Objective:To study the relationship between negative symptoms and depression in schizophrenia. Method:50 inpatients who met CCMD 2 R criteria for schizophrenia were involved in this study. Positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS) was used to assess symptoms. Multivariable correlation analysis was performed to explain relationship between negative symptoms and depression in schizophrenia. Results:N7 factor was positively correlated with G6 factor, N1,N3,N4 and N6 factors were negatively correlated with depression. Conclusion:Some factors of negative symptoms are associated with depression but not secondary to depression.
