万拉法新与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症对照观察

A clinical control study of venlafaxine and paroxetine in the treatment of depression in outpatients

目的 :比较万拉法新和帕罗西汀治疗门诊抑郁症的疗效和副反应。 方法 :将符合CCMD- 2 - R抑郁症诊断标准的患者随机分为两组 ,分别给予万拉法新及帕罗西汀治疗 ,治疗时间为 6周 ,使用汉密尔顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)、临床总体印象量表 (CGI)、不良反应症状量表 (TESS)进行评分。 结果 :两组有效率分别为 80 %和 87% ,在疗效和副反应方面两组差异无显著性。 结论 :万拉法新是一种疗效好而安全的抗抑郁药 。

Objective:To compare clinical efficacy and side effects between venlafaxine and paroxetine in the treatment of depression in outpatients. Method:62 patients who met CCMD 2 R for depression were randomly assigned to 2 groups. One group was treated with venlafaxine and the other with paroxetine for six weeks. Hamilton rating scale (HAMD), clinical global impression scale (CGI),and treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS) were used to assess. Results: Total clinical effective rate was 80% for venlafaxine group and 87% for paroxetine group.There were no differences in clinical effects and adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion:The results indicate that venlafaxine is a safe and effective drug for the treatment of depression in outpatients.
