摘要
研究了农地价格评估影响因素及其因子。农地价格评估影响因素包括自然环境因素和社会经济因素两个层次,至于具体的因素因子的选择,应根据具体的地域和不同的作物而确定,各因素因子间的相关性要小,性质稳定,变化范围较大且对农地生产力有较明显的影响。
<Abstrcat> The paper studies the influential factors to the assessment. These factors are mainly on 2 scales, that is, the natural environmental scale and social economic scale. But as to its factor choosing, we should make a concrete analysis of concrete conditions, taking the specific area and specific planting into consideration. The relation among the factors should be as small as possible and those of the stability and wide range and huge impact on the productivity should enjoy the first priority.
