摘要 【目的】研究Q开关Nd :YAG 10 6 4nm和 5 32nm波长激光照射对豚鼠血液流变性的影响 ,了解所产生的生物学效应。【方法】波长为 10 6 4nm和 5 32nm各自 3种不同剂量的激光体外照射豚鼠。测定豚鼠血液黏度等 6项血液流变学指标。【结果】波长 10 6 4nm的两种大剂量和波长 5 32nm的最大剂量Q开关Nd :YAG激光体外照射豚鼠使高、中、低切变率下的全血黏度和血浆黏度升高 ,红细胞变形指数下降和聚集指数升高 ,其余 3种剂量的激光体外照射对血液流变性无显著改变。【结论】 10 6 4nm波长的Q开关Nd :YAG激光照射在一定剂量下可以改变血液流变性 。 This study investigates the effects of Q switched Nd:YAG laser irradiation with wavelength of 1 064 nm and 532 nm on guinea pigs' hemorrheology, in order to understand more about the biological effects of Q switched Nd:YAG laser. Three defferent doses, with wavelength of 1 064 nm and 532 nm respectively, were used irradiate the guinea pigs in vitro. Six parameters of hemorrheology were measured in each group. Q switched Nd:YAG laser in vitro irradiation on guinea pigs using two different large doses with wavelength of 1 064 nm or the largest dose with wavelength of 532 nm could increase blood viscosity of guinea pigs in high, mid, low shear rates, and also increase the plasma viscosity and aggregation index of red blood cell, simultaneously the deformation index of red blood cell was decreased. Irradiation with the rest doses had not produced significant changes in hemorrheology. [Conclusion] Q switched Nd:YAG laser with 1 064 nm at certain doses can change the property of hemorrheolgy. Selection of proper doses of irradiation can minimize the negative influences of laser on hemorrheology.
