摘要 目的 观察睫状神经生长因子 (ciliary neurotrophicfactor,CNTF)对视神经损伤后视觉电生理变化的作用 .方法 采用镊夹视神经法制作大鼠视神经损伤模型 ,夹伤后立即向球后一次性注射 CNTF5 0 ng,并于损伤当时和损伤后 1,2 ,3和 4wk时检测夹伤视神经眼的闪光视觉诱发电位 (flare-visional evoked potential,F- VEP) .结果 视神经夹伤后损伤眼 F- VEP的 P1波振幅 (wave am plitude,WA)在 1wk时下降 ,后回升 ;峰潜时 (wave latency,WL)延长 .CNTF组中WA在视神经夹伤后 1wk和 2 wk时与对照组相比差异显著(P<0 .0 5 ) ,WL仅在视神经夹伤后 1wk时与对照组相比具显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) .结论 视神经损伤后一次性球后注射CNTF在早期加强了神经系统对损伤的反应强度 ,促进了视神经损伤后神经冲动传导功能的恢复 . AIM To study the effects of ciliary neurotrophic factor (CNTF) on changes of flare visional evoked potential (F VEP) in the crushed optic nerve rats. METHODS The optic nerve injury models were induced by crushing the optic nerve 2 mm retrobulbarly. Then an retrobulbar injection of CNTF (50 ng) was performed. The F VEP was observed 1, 2, 3 and 4 weeks after injury. RESULTS The F VEP P1 wave amplitude (WA) of optic nerve crushed eyes of Spraque Dawley (SD) rats was decreased at 1 week after injury, then recovered partially later. The P1 wave latency (WL) was delayed after injury. At 1 and 2 weeks after crush, the P1 WA of CNTF group was significantly greater than that of the control groups ( P <0.05). At 1 week after crush, the P1 WL of CNTF group was shorter than that of the control groups ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION An retrobulbar injection of CNTF after optic nerve crush can enhance the responses of optic nerve system, improve the recovery of nerve impulse transition.
