摘要 目的 明确 stathmin基因在人成骨肉瘤组织有高表达并对其进行组织学定位 .方法 用地高辛标记全长 stath-m in基因 ,原位杂交方法检测 stathmin基因在 45例人成骨肉瘤组织及 10例正常组织中的表达情况 .结果 在 45例成骨肉瘤组织中有 2 4例 stathmin基因呈阳性表达 (阳性率5 3% ) ,阳性颗粒可见于胞质及胞核 ;10例正常组织中 2例呈弱阳性表达 ,差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 ) .结论  Stathmin基因在骨肉瘤中的高表达与骨肉瘤的发生、发展有重要的相关性 。 AIM To observe over expression of stathmin gene and its localization in the tissue of osteosarcoma. METHODS The over expression of the stathmin gene was determined in 45 osteosarcoma specimens by in situ hybridization with Digoxigenin labled full length stathmin gene which were amplified from K562 cells by RT PCR method. RESULTS Over expression of stathmin gene was observed in 24 cases of osteosarcoma tissue (positive rate, 53%) and positive signal was observed in both cytoplasm and nuclear. Among 10 cases of normal tissue, only 2 showed weak positive signal. There was significant difference in expression of stathmin gene between osteosarcoma tissue and nomal tissue. CONCLUSION Over expreesion of stathmin gene may play a key role in the pathogenisis and development of osteosarcoma. It may be a very important biotherapy target in the treatment of osteosarcoma.
