摘要
化学粘结栓(也称为结栓)或植筋体系,因其工艺简单、锚固快捷、安全可靠的优点被广泛应用于结构维修、改造或新建结构中。它是一种后锚固技术。后锚固技术与预埋锚固技术有明显不同的工作机理或粘结机理,而且目前也没有通行的设计标准。本文利用能量原理,对粘结栓体系或植筋体系进行弹性分析,推导出体系的极限承载力计算公式。建立了以弹性分析为基础的粘结栓承载力计算公式。通过试验数据证实了公式的可靠性。给出了供制定《混凝土用建筑锚栓》、《混凝土用建筑锚栓技术规程》等标准参考的设计建议。
Chemical bonded anchors(also bonded anchors)are a post-installed technology.There are obvious differences between post-installed technology and cast-in-place technology about their princi-ples or mechanics.Furthermore,current design codes do not contain rational design procedures for these anchors.A behavioral model based on an elastic formulation(energy theory)is developed and assessed in the paper.The reliability of formulation is verified by experimental data.Design recommen-dation for single adhesive anchors is presented,which can give reference to standard of anchors in-stalled in concrete and technical regulations of anchors installed in concrete.
