摘要 1目的 观察牛磺酸对肢体缺血再灌注 ( IR)后肺损伤的影响。 2方法 实验采用大鼠肢体缺血再灌注损伤模型 ,将 Wis-tar大鼠随机分 3组 ,即 :对照组 ( control、单纯缺血再灌组 ( IR)、牛磺酸 +缺血再灌组 ( Tau+IR) ,分别测定血浆及肺组织中与自由基有关物质的含量。3结果 口服牛磺酸可有效地减少胞浆酶的漏出 ,增加自由基清除酶的活性 ,抑制组织脂质过氧化的发生 ,减轻组织水肿及中性粒细胞的聚集。4结论 牛磺酸对大鼠肢体缺血再灌注后继发的肺损伤具有保护作用 。 Objective On the model of rats' limb ischemia-reperfusion (IR),the effect of taurine on the lung injury was observed.Methods Using wistar rats.Animals were randomly divided into three groups:control group,IR group and Tau+IR group.The content of materials related to free radicals in the plasma and lung tissue were measured.Results It was found that oral administration of taurine attenuated significantly the enzyme leakage from cytoplasma,increased the activity of the enzyme deleted free radical,inhabited the formation of tissue lipid peroxide, alleviated the edema of tissue and the neutrophil infiltrated. Conclusions Taurine protected the lung from the limb (IR) through resisting oxygen free radical and protective action on cells is one of the protective mechanisms of taurine.
