非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术临床分析(附11例报告)

1目的 总结探讨 11例非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术 ( OPCAB)的经验。2方法 2 0 0 1年 6～ 12月对 11例冠心患者采用非体外循环心脏不停跳方法完成冠状动脉搭桥术。 3结果 共搭桥 35支 ,平均 3.17支 /例。其中左乳内动脉桥 8支 ,大隐静脉桥 2 7支。6例患者 ( 5 4.5 % )未输血 ,无手术死亡及并发症。4结论 非体外循环搭桥术克服了体外循环搭桥术 ( CABG)的诸多缺点和弊端 ,手术简化、时间缩短、适应证扩大、并发症明显减少。

Objective To summarize the experiences of off-pump coronary artery bypass (OPCAB) in 11 cases.Methods Eleven patients with coronary heart disease were treated by OPCAB from June 2000 to December 2000.Results 35 grafts were used on an averge of 3.17 grafts each,including 8 left internal mammary artery (IMA) and 27 great saphenous vein.6 cases were free from blood transfusion.No case died in operation and there was no complication in all cases.Conclusion OPCAB avoids many disadvantages of coronary artery bypass with extracorporeal circulation.The operation is simplified and operation time is shortened.It can widen the indications of operation and decrease the complications obviously.The effect is fine.
