荞麦提取物对血脂及脂质过氧化产物丙二醛的影响

Effect of extraction of buckwheat on blood lipit and MDA

1目的 探讨荞麦提取物调血脂和抗脂质过氧化作用。 2方法 用荞麦提取物治疗高脂血症大鼠 ,观察其对血糖、血脂和脂质过氧化的影响。 3结果 荞麦提取物能明显降低高脂血症大鼠血脂水平 ( P<0 .0 1) ,抑制肝脏脂质过氧化产物 MDA的产生。对血糖也有降低的趋势 ,但无统计学差异。

Objective To study the effect of extraction buckwheat seed (EBS) on regulating serum lipid and anti-lipid peroxidation.Methods The extraction of buckwheat was used to treat high serum lipid in rats and its effect on the lever of serum TC,TG,glucose and MDA of liver was observed.Results EBS could obviously decrease serum TC,TG,and MDA of liver on high lipid rats (P<0.05) and blood glucose have the tendency to drop.Conclusion EBS have the effect of regulating serum lipid.and anti lipid peroxidation.
